Cookie policy

Tidelob keeps essential storage small and does not start readership analytics until you accept it.

Effective August 27, 2026 · Version 1.0

What browser storage does

Cookies and similar storage let a site remember a session or preference. Some are necessary to provide a requested service; optional analytics storage helps measure how published writing is read.

Your choice

Analytics is off by default. Accepting creates random first-party reader/session identifiers; rejecting does not affect public content or core product access. Withdrawing stops future analytics and removes optional Tidelob analytics storage where possible. A browser Global Privacy Control signal is treated as rejection.

What we do not use

Tidelob does not use reader fingerprinting, advertising pixels, cross-site analytics identifiers, or Google Analytics for v1.
